Family Roots

Elite Extrusion Die is a family run business, located in the South West of England. It was founded in 1986 by the Company Director, Chris Rogers who himself has four decades of experience manufacturing aluminium extrusion dies and all associated support tooling.

Chris’s wife Sue has also been with the company from the start and heads the accounts department. Steve, their son joined in 1989 and is the Technical & Commercial Director.

From the start Elite has grown significantly and established an excellent reputation by concentrating on customers’ needs and putting the emphasis on quality and service. As part of the company’s Total Quality Management initiative and ongoing ambitions towards Manufacturing Excellence we were the first company in the U.K. to achieve Quality Assurance Management System ISO 9001.

Product quality and customer satisfaction is at the heart of the Elite operation. Elite maintains full records of manufacturing procedures and traceability to ensure these all-important aspects of business are maintained. Regular auditing is carried out by the British Standards Institute.

Elite’s expert team of design engineers work closely with the customer to develop manufacturing solutions to meet their exact requirements. Years of process development have culminated in Elite being able to cost-effectively manufacture high precision Extrusion Dies that consistently out-perform those manufactured by its competition. Elite are able to manufacture custom dies on short delivery times.

Located in the South West of England, we are close to our raw material suppliers and only 1.5 hours away from Heathrow Airport; the busiest airport in the United Kingdom. From there, our products are shipped to customers all over the world.
